If you're having a hard time getting in, you can click on the link that says "Forgotten Password?" just below the password field. This will allow you to regain access to your account through your email account.
After clicking the "Forgotten Password" link as shown above, simply enter your registered account email address in the field and click "submit".
Next, you will get a confirmation if you have entered the correct email address that is actually registered.
After the recovery email has been sent, please make sure you check your SPAM or JUNK sections of your inbox, just in case.
Wait for the Email and Click the Link!
In the email you receive you will get a password reset link you need to click that link to reset your password within 1 hour. Then you can enter your new login details and save it.
Keep in mind that the link will expire within 1 hour and you need to re-start the password recovery process.
